RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Each and every product is handmade with precise care and using quality materials. If for any reason, there are any manufacturing defects or quality issues, we are happy to address returning the product for repair and/or exchange, if necessary. Please see below for more information on our exchange policy.

RETURNS OR REFUNDS

Since all products made and sold on this site are hand-made, all sales are final when purchasing any product from this site at the time the transaction for purchase is complete. Before completing a purchase, verify the product that you intend to purchase is what you are looking for by carefully examining the description and image(s) of the product. Absolutely no refunds will be given once the product has been shipped to you.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

All exchanges must be requested within seven (7) days of the date when the product was received. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Any missing or intentionally damaged parts will result in denial of the exchange.

To exchange an item, please email customer service at info@schanken.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your item for repair/exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your repair/exchange. We will notify you by email when your item has been processed.
